Prices are listed per week, but booking per night is also possible. We require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Prices include bed linen, bath towels, kitchen linen, and final cleaning.
Prices exclude tourist tax (see the booking conditions for details).

If you rent the house for two weeks or longer, the bed linen will be changed weekly.
Towels can be replaced as often as desired.
An intermediate cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

Tourist Tax
The following rates apply:
€1.00 per person per night, with a maximum of 5 nights between November and April.
€2.00 per person per night, with a maximum of 5 nights between May and October.
Children under 16 years of age are exempt.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by the renter, the owner is entitled to the following compensation:
Cancellations must be made in writing (digital methods are also acceptable).

Up to 6 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total rental amount.

Within 6 weeks to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 75% of the total rental amount.

Within 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental amount.

For long-term winter rentals (bookings of at least 28 nights), the following cancellation terms apply:
In the event of a cancellation by the renter, the owner is entitled to the following compensation:

Up to 6 months before the arrival date: 25% of the total rental amount.

Between 6 months and 6 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total rental amount.

Within 6 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental amount.

The renter is responsible for arranging their own travel and cancellation insurance.
